Capco Poland is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in digital transformation across the financial services industry. It provides expertise in banking, payments, capital markets, wealth management, and asset management.
Задачи:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
- Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PSD2, AML, and Basel
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials
- Monitor project progress and assist with risk and issue management
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication
Требования:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
- Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects
- Ability to effectively bridge business and IT stakeholders
- Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Nice to have: experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives, knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets, understanding of SQL, Excel, or Power BI, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications
