What you'll do
  • Develop custom applications and features in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytic tools
  • Perform data migration and data integration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and applications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and product offerings
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • Willingness to work onsite 50% of the time on a monthly basis, with an initial four-week period fully onsite in our Katowice location to facilitate integration and team collaboration
