About the job

In this position, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Publish, promote and unpost job advertisements on the career website, various job boards and social media.
  2. Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  3. Schedule interviews, as per alignment with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers and candidates.
  4. Support with travel related queries and coordinate travel for candidates.
  5. Organize and ensure testing of candidates, such as case studies, online tests, participation in assessments etc. (when applicable).
  6. Support with 3rd party billing for recruitment related topics.
  7. Support with additional administrative recruitment activities, for example, mass seasonal recruitments, if relevant.
  8. Support with other recruitment tasks, as needed.
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  1. German and English language knowledge (C1 level or higher).
  2. Excellent organizational, process and time management skills, as well as keen attention to details.
  3. Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
  4. Can-do attitude, innovative and creative approach whenever possible.
  5. Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role is nice to have.
  6. Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) is nice to have.
