about-project :
The role will be great for someone who has a fantastic attention to detail, a passion for system management and an attitude that fits in with a ‘happy to help’ culture. The role itself features appropriately challenging administration, a high volume of stakeholder queries and the running and creation of reports supporting gaps in business knowledge. You’ll be working closely with the wider HR team in a main processes support so clear communication and an ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential.

responsibilities :
Important: Period of the contract: about 2 years contract
Maintain system setup, administration, reference tables, and data integrity for HRIS platforms
Execute data updates in the HRIS system
Participate in the global changes of HRISs systems
Communicates system and process changes to HR team members, employees and managers
Deliver training to employees and managers on systems and tools
Help end-users in resolving system related issues and problems
Proactively identify areas where HR data is not up to date via regularly scheduled audits and suggest and implement ways to improve data quality
Run and deliver a variety of reports related to HR data for ongoing customer needs

requirements-expected :
Minimum 2 years of experience working within a global HRIS system environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid technical problem solving capabilities and analytical skills
Very good command of English
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines
Proactivity and strong customer mindset
