Sportsbook Senior Product Designer

You can be the perfect match for us, if you:
have experience in bookmaking industry as a designer or at least a great passion for sports (and betting)
have wide experience in commercial implementation in designing mobile applications and websites,
have experience in designing information architecture, creating customer paths and possible usage scenarios,
have ability to creatively solve problems and propose solutions in an environment where mutual feedback is the basis,
have working knowledge of the following software: Figma, Miro (ProtoPie is also welcome),
have a portfolio with commercial projects (with at least one mobile application),
feel responsible for the product,
are open to feedback and willing to learn,
have ability to present effectively the results of your work and argue design decisions,
know and use English at B1 level (easily write and communicate in English)

Your advantages would be:

You will:
create innovative in-house products from the bookmaking industry in an international environment (mainly Czech people),
design application / web interfaces based on analytical data and the results of customer needs research,
take care of the consistency of the designed solutions, recommend changes that optimize user paths and interactions,
cooperate with stakeholders, POs, BI and development teams,
be involved in the entire design process of a product, including product discovery, UX/UI, project management and business processes,
still look for new trends and innovations in the UX area,
define and work on UX metrics to see how people are engaged with the products and services business provides,
have the possibility to test your ideas and solutions together with UX researchers,
work only on projects which bring value to business and our customers,
contribute to our Design System
