Mid ServiceNow Developer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologie, których używamy System operacyjny Windows
O projekcie Długofalowa współpraca z międzynarodową, topową firmą consultingową, świadcząca usługi IT dla dużych i średnich firm z różnorodnych sektorów jak automotive, finanse, bankowość czy produkcja.
Twój zakres obowiązków Projektowanie, wdrażanie oraz development usług ServiceNow (między innymi Discovery & Service Mapping, ITOM oraz inne moduły i serwisy).
Tworzenie własnych wzorców, w celu optymalizacji wdrożonych rozwiązań ServiceNow.
Podejmowanie się zadań opartych lowcode/nocode oraz o klasyczny development, w zakresie rozwoju ServiceNow.
Mapowanie serwisów i usług pomiędzy aplikacją a infrastrukturą.
Tworzenie roadmap'y i planów rozwoju kompetencji ServiceNow w organizacji.
Współpraca z biznesem oraz innymi zespołami IT w firmie.
Współpraca z międzynarodowym środowiskiem.
Nasze wymagania Co najmniej 4-letnie doświadczenie związane z developmentem ServiceNow.
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z sieciami oraz datacenter.
Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu różnych modułów i usług ServiceNow.
Posiadanie certyfikatów, udział w szkoleniach (ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow ITOM training, CIS Service Mapping i inne).
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji (B2+ lub C1).
Dostępność ASAP lub miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia jako mile widziane, akceptowany jest także 3-miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia.
Mile widziane Znajomość ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management).
Znajomość struktury CMDB oraz framework'a CSDM 3.0.
