Team Lead Model Development (IRB) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members acquire necessary competencies and skills;
Strategize, coach, evaluate, and enhance the professionalism of team members,
Assist teams in the development and monitoring of credit risk models,
Guarantee the quality of team deliverables,
Recruit and integrate new talents into the team,
Engage with stakeholders effectively.
Employer requirements Completed higher education in econometrics/quantitative finance/quantitative methods/mathematics/statistics/physics;
Min. 4 years of experience with credit risk management and/or modelling,
Knowledge of building, updating, monitoring and maintaining credit risk models,
Capable of assisting both internal and external clients in comprehending and meeting their requirements and expectations,
Fluent English and Polish,
Team player with people-oriented focus.
