About the project Cloudica is hiring Cybersecurity Specialists for a Major Financial Institution.

Cloudica is seeking experienced cybersecurity professionals to join our team for a prominent financial institution. If you have a strong background in IT security, cyber crisis management, and business continuity, we invite you to apply and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity defenses and resilience. Your responsibilities Collaborate with the Group Cyber Crisis Management Leader on developing and maintaining cyber crisis management.
Build awareness of cyber crisis management for the bank.
Organize and participate in cyber crisis exercises.
Prepare responses to controls and regulator checks.
Contribute to business continuity solutions and IT resilience.
Update crisis management procedures, communication rules, key contact maps, exercise guides, and micro-crisis management processes.
Maintain and develop the Group Cyber Crisis Management site.
Prepare and present materials related to cyber crisis management.
Organize group-level and local cyber crisis exercises, including validation of scoping notes and scenarios.
Conduct targeted awareness sessions for the cyber crisis management framework.
Our requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (IT security and cyber security).
Experience in operational incident and crisis management.
Experience in test/training/exercise programs for cyber security, IT disaster recovery plans, or business continuity.
Knowledge of security values, business continuity, physical security risk management, IT resilience, IT continuity, and cyber security networks.
Adaptability and creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
Ability to collaborate with a team, client-driven approach, and curiosity.
Basic knowledge of cyber threat intelligence.
Excellent communication skills in English.
