Your role in the Team
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance AI & Analytics Team. R&C Senior Business Analyst is a professional responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation technologies to enhance risk management and compliance processes.
What you'll do
Designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline risk management and compliance processes
Handling extremely large and complex data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Utilizing advanced analytics and AI techniques to extract valuable insights from data
Applying AI and analytics to improve control functions, identifying potential risks and compliance issues
Developing and implementing effective data visualization strategies to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, IT, and business units, to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
Staying updated with the latest AI and analytics trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in control functions
Actively sharing knowledge with other team members

What you'll need for this role
Proficiency in visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience with automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, AI)
SQL and database skills
Comfort in learning new software programs, databases and online information systems as they become relevant and necessary
Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills
