compliance with ISO 27001 standards for customer service will be expected, in conjunction with adherence to ISO 20001. A strong understanding of ITIL is also essential,
assuming the role of overseeing, enhancing, and establishing security standards throughout the entire organization,
willingness to travel to various business units to assess, design, and implement service locally.

requirements-expected :
Extensive expertise in network administration and architecture,
attainment of a professional certification, for example, CCNP or CCDP,
comprehensive knowledge of communication protocols and routing,
practical experience with tools for network diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis,
profound troubleshooting abilities,
capability to operate autonomously,
prior experience in managing Cisco switches and firewalls,
familiarity with security technologies.
