Projekt:
Dołącz do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za rozwój wysoce skalowalnej infrastruktury uczenia maszynowego w projekcie związanym z zarządzaniem kampaniami reklamowymi.
Stack : Python, AWS, Linux (Bash), Snowflake/S3, Tensorflow/PyTorch, K8S, IaaC, GithubActions/Airflow, Spark.
Zespół składa się z Inżynierów MLOps, Inżynierów Machine Learning oraz Data Scientist.
Praca oparta jest o metodykę Scrum; długość sprintów – 2 tygodnie.
Zespół będzie bezpośrednio współpracował m.in. z developerami z USA – wymagana jest bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
Hybryda 1 x w tygodniu z biura w Warszawie.

Wymagania:
Min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
Min. 7-letnie, inżynierskie doświadczenie w branży IT.
Doświadczenie w pracy z Pythonem.
Bieżące doświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami chmurowymi (preferowany AWS).
Znajomość Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform).
Znajomość narzędzi CI/CD (np. GithubActions, Airflow).
Znajomość narzędzi ETL / Big Data (np. MapReduce, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Doświadczenie w pracy z popularnymi bibliotekami ML (np. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark ML).
Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami do monitorowania (np. Prometheus, Grafana).
Doświadczenie w pracy z platformą SnowFlake lub Amazon S3.
Mile widziane doświadczenie w projektach AdTech / reklamie cyfrowej / RTB.

Zadania:
Udostępnianie modeli uczenia maszynowego dalszym aplikacjom zapewniając, że są one dostępne, skalowalne i bezpieczne.
Zarządzanie wersjami modeli i zapewnianie, że klientom udostępniana jest odpowiednia wersja.
Implementacja narzędzi monitorujących w celu śledzenia wydajności, stanu i wykorzystania platformy.
Stała optymalizacja systemu obsługi ML: dążenie do poprawy wydajności, niezawodności i szybkości szukając możliwości uproszczenia i automatyzacji zadań przy zachowaniu wysokich standardów jakości.
Eksperymentowanie z nowymi skalowalnymi architekturami uczenia maszynowego i tworzenie szybkich prototypów.
