Join our  Sales team as a Junior Account Manager to gain unique sales experience in the B2C segment. Close collaboration with our partners will allow you to acquire valuable skills in building business relationships and coordinating sales activities.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining high-quality customer service. Your tasks will include expanding the sales offer, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports and analyses to support key decision-making processes.
Your role will also involve analyzing competitors and market trends. We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with a focus on building customer relationships, who also enjoys teamwork and has strong analytical thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and a willingness to learn and develop in sales and account management are essential to us.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
You have basic knowledge of gaming
You hold a higher education degree (preferably in Economics or Management)
Your English proficiency is at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
You're highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
You have excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities – you can plan and act effectively
You can build relationships and explain complex matters in a simple way
Collaboration with others is one of your strengths
You can remain calm and effective in dynamic situations
You possess analytical skills – you notice details and draw conclusions based on them
You're flexible and can quickly adapt to changes while finding the best solutions

Your responsibilities:
Managing an internal sales account
Achieving B2C sales targets for the assigned account
Providing comprehensive B2C customer service while adhering to established standards and policies
Ordering products and monitoring inventory levels
Adding new products to the sales offer
Preparing sales reports and analyses
Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends
