Skills and Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience
7-10 years of professional IT experience. The person must have demonstrated an ability to think strategically and translate plans into operational excellence
Deep expertise & business knowledge in HR and Learning Management Solutions
Implementation expertise in major applications such as Cornerstone, ServiceNow, Workday
Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g. Cloud, Automation, Data, AI)
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Remains “evergreen” and keeps up-to-date with technology trends and emerging technologies
Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains
Proven experience in creating architecture designs using a formal architecture framework methodology – TOGAF, Zachman.
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large groups. The person must have demonstrated ability to work across organizations
Demonstrated effective oral, written, public, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to frame complex issues and persuade a wide and diverse audience
