We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience of delivering value to clients by supporting solutions that make complex datasets easy to understand and enable clients to use their data to operate strategically and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Support maintenance, testing, release and enhancement of Power BI & Salesforce componentsSupport Power BI & Salesforce development, including minor updates and configuration changesSupport reports and dashboards, including minor updates and configuration changesTroubleshooting software issues with customersDocument and record issues in the helpdesk systemEnsure SLA's are met and customers are satisfiedEnsure data governance, security and compliance policies are adhered to
Skills:
Familiarity with Power BI tools (including Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio)Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycleKnowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and familiarity with Microsoft Office suitMicrosoft Visual Studio & Salesforce Lightning Design SystemGeneral web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavascriptFamiliarity in DAXFamiliarity in SQLStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working systemsExperience of working directly with client stakeholders
