IT Manager SAP Finance Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Application/SAP System Management:
Managing applications and services within the SAP landscape with focus on SAP ERP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance
Contributing to upcoming activities related to S/4 HANA transformation (IT landscape definition, data migration, testing)
Ensuring a smooth operation of the Finance IT applications for LGBS and its worldwide LH Group customers in close cooperation with the LGBS Finance IT team members in Germany as well as the contracted service providers
One of focus areas are treasury related IT applications
Supporting and consulting internal LGBS business units and customers in LH group in IT related issues in the field of Finance
Designing and implementing new applications within the Finance IT landscape
Monitoring interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the Finance processes offered by LGBS
Deriving technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, planning and implementing the same in direct interaction with Customer, Finance IT team and service providers
Customizing the supported applications according to technical and/or business needs, coordination of test activities and ongoing documentation of the supported solutions
Handling Incidents and Change Requests
Driving automation and digitization in Finance IT and the supported processes
Self-driven collaboration within the team

IT Product Management:
Acting as product manager for selected IT applications, including budget and controlling functions
Managing the lifecycle of IT products and ensuring alignment to IT strategy and IT architecture guidelines

Project Management:
Managing and supporting projects in the field of Finance IT (e.g., international roll-out of solutions, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities)
Supporting customer projects and internal projects in terms of project planning and execution
Our requirements Graduation and University Degree (Business Administration, Business IT, IT or similar studies)
+5 years of practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in the Finance environment
Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions
Good understanding of financial data flows and processes
SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, FI-AA, etc.) preferably also adjacent SAP modules (e.g., CO)
Project management
IT demand management, process management, service management
PC usage literacy (MS office, IT self-service)
IT Shared Services experience
IT infrastructure experience
English language (both oral and written)
Planning and organizational talent, analytical skills and accuracy
Strong conceptual skills, problem solving competence
Flexibility, cultural competence, entrepreneurship
Capability to define precisely complex situations and issues
Distinctive written and oral communication capability, representation ability
Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics
Optional German language (nice to have)
