Cybersecurity Controls Design Manager

responsibilities :
The Controls Design Manager will be deployed onsite to one of our Investment Banking clients to support a key global project in the Cybersecurity regulatory space. This person will define and design controls and their measurements following the bank's Standards and new Regulations. Your duties will include:
Working with Control Owners to design a control library per current and new regulations in the Cybersecurity field.
Ensure existing and new Controls, Standards, and Procedures are followed globally across all bank divisions.
requirements-expected :
Expertise in controls design, implementation, and management by KPIs.
A good understanding of metrics and measure in managing Controls and Risks i.e. KPIs, KCIs.
Strong stakeholder management experience, both upward and downward.
