responsibilities :
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the GCP application infrastructure.
Support enterprise-level Windows server, collaboration, and storage solutions.
Address data communication issues, ensuring timely and complete resolution.
Stay updated on application software, networking, and hardware technologies to provide state-of-the-art systems solutions.
Identify and automate manual processes.
Develop, test, and implement automation to address common issues triggered by alerts.
Maintain clear documentation of the company’s technology and software for compatibility, ease of use, and end-user needs.
Support and evaluate third-party software across all environments to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
Assist in the daily maintenance of Company's SSO Platform and IAM infrastructure.
Help with regular hardware and software maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
Expertise in public cloud technologies (preferably GCP).
Understanding of standard networking ports and protocols.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory troubleshooting.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English language.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and scheduling needs.
Comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure concepts and hardware.
Knowledgeable in IAM concepts.
Effective at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory Service, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and basic TCP/IP network standards.
