We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Paid Digital Media Specialist (Google, Meta & others) to join our E-Commerce & Marketing team in Warsaw. The Paid Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, setting up and implementing the company´s paid media activities across Europe and UK markets. The position is based in Poland (Warsaw). Travel to Switzerland and Amsterdam will be required occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Execution of paid media mix ECCO.com across Europe (PPC, paid social, display, video) including programmatic advertising
Tracking and managing the channel’s performance based on defined KPI (CR, ROAS, ROI, CCR, etc.)
Budget planning
Maintaining close contact with our digital agency, Google, Meta and other partners to improve overall performance and explore new opportunities.
Must have:
Min. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing
Hands-on experience in Google Marketing Platform (Search, Display & Video, Campaign Manager), Meta Business Manager & Google Analytics
Understanding of tracking systems (Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google tracking)
Knowledge of English is a must (at least B2: upper-intermediate)
Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills.
Experience working across multiple markets will be an asset
