Responsibilities

You start a new project and have the possibility to build your own team.
You are the  team lead & technical lead  of the development team responsible for developing Java applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
You lead your team in an Agile way of working and are a mentor to others on technical aspects.
Part of your job is  project staffing , with the help of the team manager.
You take ownership of  problem-solving & prioritization .
You are accountable for the delivery of quality & technical documentation.
You are a contact point for the customer & project coordination.
You have the possibility to develop yourself not only as a leader but also as a developer.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in  English .
Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
At least 8 years of project experience with  JVM tech stack , ideally with a subset of the following technologies and frameworks:
Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, REST, Gradle, JUnit,
TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Karma, Magnolia,
Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, Github, GitLab, SonarCube, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK Stack,
You understand  agile methodologies .
You are proactive, responsible, and you know how to work as a team.
Communication skills in German is a plus.
Leadership project experience is a huge plus.
