Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office (Warsaw) - 3 days at home

Responsibilities:
Create high-quality character animations in various styles, fitting game themes and deadlines;
Develop animation sketches and mock-ups to convey creative ideas;
Collaborate with Animation Lead/Director and Product Manager to identify animation needs;
Ensure seamless integration of animations while maintaining artistic vision and technical constraints;
Participate in RnD meetings to optimize animation integration;
Create and upload animation files according to guidelines;
Participate in Project Demo and related meetings;
Stay current with animation trends and competitive products.

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Spine (rigging, animating, IK, transform constraints, 2.5D animation, mesh/weights);
Mastery of basic animation principles;
Basic Photoshop skills (layers, smart objects) to export easily into Spine;
Understanding of game UI animation;
Intermediate level of English;
Willingness to learn in-house software (Iris) on a basic level.
