Program Management Analyst / Office for the new Development Centre in Kraków

Global leader in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries decided to open an RnD centre in Kraków.

We are actively seeking a skilled Program Manager Analyst/Office to join our team at Metso. Join us in spearheading innovation and making a lasting impact on the industrial landscape.

Responsibilities:
Deliverables for Analyst Role on Portfolio:
Maintain consistency and accuracy of data within portfolio management tools.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.

Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.
Work with Project/Epic teams to ensure data in various tools has been entered as required and with acceptable quality. Actively encourage the use of the tools.
Utilise and suggest improvements to reporting where identified.
Evaluate processes/ways of working and suggest improvements where identified.
Act as contact point towards CoE.

Other responsibilities:
Organise Portfolio and CoE meetings using shared calendar.
Set up and manage reminders of various tasks required from Project/Epic Leaders.
Prepare meeting packs, proofread materials, create SharePoint content.
Flexibility to requirements coming from multiple timezone locations.

Qualifications:
+3 years of PMO/Project Admin experience gained in the international environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBi experience, quick learner of new tools.
