Technical Skills required:
Strong technical skills in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, Ngnix, DB2, MYSQL, Grafana, Prometheus.
Experience working in the production support environment.

Customer Service: Customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.)
Language Expertise: Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python)
