Due to participation of our company in a long-standing maintenance and modification type projects, including several platforms engineering service (Equinor, Vår Energi, Lundin), we are currently in need of candidates for engineering positions.
APPLY Poland provides engineering and consulting services to the European engineering market.
We pay special attention to the safety of our operations, execute tasks within the agreed time and budget whilst supporting our Customers in achieving their objectives.
Our team of engineers has many years experience supporting our Customers in successfully carrying out all project implementation phases:
Feasibility, concept and FEED studies
Implementing projects
Procurement
Prefabrication
3D modelling
Supervision on site
Testing and commissioning
As-Built documentation

Secondary or higher education
Some experience in working with documentation, preferable in an international company
Very good command of written and spoken English
Structured and systematic approach
Good analytical, communication and cooperation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Ability to work on a number of complex tasks at the same time

,[The Document Controller/LCI (Life Cycle Information) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project management processes and methodologies as well as provision timely and accurate project information to secure effective decision making, Support the Project Management and Leaders by :, providing assistance to Engineering and Installation Teams in understanding the Client's requirement specifications to enable correct handover of documentation upon as-built completion, providing accurate project management reporting & metrics during regular review meetings, Monitor, secure and follow up documentation and retention of all relevant Project Management documents, decisions and changes within the project and the Client – within the project and the Client’s systems., Implement the client's specifications for LCI, Develop procedures for technical information management in the project, Transfer of experience across disciplines and units, Coordinate and update the technical information, Follow up LCI deliveries from the project, Contribute in the preparation of documentation for the subject area, Follow up to the requirements for technical information and work processes implemented in the projects] Requirements: Analytical skills, Communication skills, Cooperation skills, Self-motivated, Proactive Additionally: Highly professional and technical environment, Opportunity to develop new skills, Training budget, Private healthcare, Package of Insurance, Experience in Oil&Gas sector, Kindergarten/nursery co-financing, Sport subscription, Holiday apartments, Free coffee, Very friendly atmosphere in the working place, Holiday bonus, edding/child birth/a 5-year job anniversary gifts.
