Szukamy Project Managera z doświadczeniem do naszego team'u , żeby wspólnie pracować nad autorskimi rozwiązaniami IT opartymi o sztuczną inteligencję. Naszymi klientami są największe korporacje z branży FMCG, DIY, Farmacja w Polsce i Zagranicą.
responsibilities :
Planowanie i koordynacja wszystkich aspektów projektu od początku do końca, w tym zarządzanie zakresem, harmonogramem, budżetem i zasobami.
Zarządzanie zespołem projektowym, w tym programistami, designerami UX/UI, analitykami biznesowymi oraz innymi interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi.
Monitorowanie postępów i dokonywanie niezbędnych korekt, aby zapewnić, że projekt jest na dobrej drodze do spełnienia jego celów.
Komunikacja z klientami i interesariuszami na wszystkich etapach projektu, zapewniając jasne i regularne raporty dotyczące statusu i postępów.
Zarządzanie ryzykiem i rozwiązywanie problemów.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami w branży technologicznej a najlepiej w FMCG.
Komunikacja werbalna i pisemna na wysokim poziomie.
Biegłość w stosowaniu metodyk zarządzania projektami, takich jak Agile i Scrum.
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami aplikacji mobilnych od fazy koncepcyjnej do wdrożenia.
Umiejętności lidera, zdolność do motywowania i kierowania zespołami.
Zdolność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
Znajomość narzędzi biurowych Microsoft/Google (Word, Excel).
Doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami IT.
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
