responsibilities :
Own the availability, security, scalability, and performance of our systems
Design and implement solutions and tools used across the engineering team
Troubleshoot and solve problems throughout our systems, supported by modern tooling
Care for Quality - learn, explore and experiment
Work in a dynamic, agile environment on cross-functional teams
Develop innovative and scaling solutions based on business challenges

requirements-expected :
Several years of experience in DevOps or SRE role
Relevant professional experience with Infrastructure as Code and running software solutions on AWS CDK
Confident to provide solutions ranging from classic Linux system operations to advanced monitoring data aggregation
Understanding of continuous integration as well as delivery/deployment tooling
Excited to learn the latest things and to share your knowledge within the company, and beyond
High interest in craftsmanship and doing things "right" from Design Patterns to Security
Command of English and Polish on B2+ level (to easily communicate with teammates and clients)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging good practices and tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana)
Practical experience with Grafana Cloud

Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings
