Join us as a Salesforce Administrator on a medical technology project for our US-based client. With a global presence in more than 190 countries, the client is dedicated to serving healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry, and the public. The company specializes in providing a wide range of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic products. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through hands-on declarative configuration on the Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem.

responsibilities :
Performing hands-on configuration tasks, including building objects, fields, flows, page layouts, lightning record pages, validation rules, and more
Translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Collaborating with technical teams and integration systems to deliver integrated solutions across the business
Delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions on the Salesforce.com ecosystem, driving business value
Providing guidance and leadership to production support teams, ensuring timely resolution of break-fix issues

requirements-expected :
Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, with expertise across the entire setup menu and standard Salesforce.com features
Possession of Salesforce.com Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App builder certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge of Marketo, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, and Conga CLM is a plus
