This recruitment is intended for a full-time 6–9-month engagement in one of our projects, with the possibility of further extension into the long term.

At BR-AG, we are committed to consistently delivering quality software and services to build trust in the world of supervisory reporting. A key goal for the Solution Architect at our company is to help ensure high-quality technology solutions for the products and services offered by BR-AG.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and review technology solutions, making continuous adjustments to ensure they meet business, security, and technology requirements.
Collaborate with the engineering team to establish best practices and advocate for process improvements.
Work with management, business, and technology stakeholders to understand goals and gather requirements for the designed solutions.
Evaluate technologies suitable for the designed solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project and product lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience with various software design patterns
Proficiency in English (min. C1)
3 years of experience in software development with at least one leading programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java)
5 years of practical experience in solution design
Familiarity with IT security management standards (ISO 270XX, OWASP)
Ability to understand business processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience and knowledge of techniques for stakeholder workshops
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience and knowledge of software documentation tools, notations, and patterns
Experience and knowledge of cloud computing (Azure preferred)
Curiosity, honesty, helpfulness, activity, and spontaneity
Openness and a quick learning ability

Nice to have

Experience with C4, DDD, Event Storming and/or
Experience or knowledge of TOGAF
Experience modeling data various ways
Azure Certifications
Software Architecture certifications
