We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded Senior Data Analyst to help us transform data insights into actionable recommendations to build our next generation of products . This position supports the Senior Director of Data Analytics and product owners to service the product team’s data needs by unlocking the value of data through iterative experiments.  You will be responsible for supporting the product initiatives from a data perspective, that contribute to the goal of user engagement and revenue generation.
As part of the team, you’ll help us understand the motivations and actions of the students who use our platform by exploring and analyzing large data sets and designing experiments in order to define untapped opportunities that can deepen engagement with Brainly’s users while ensuring the overall safety, quality, and trustworthiness of our platform.

5+ years of experience in B2C consumer product monetization, with proven track record in building analytics and metrics targeted at converting and retaining users and customers;
Experience with SQL - advanced skills to write complex SQL with multiple table joins against very large data sets;
Understanding of SaaS metrics and financial principles;
Expert in Google Analytics, or similar data analytics tools;
Excellent Google Spreadsheets/Excel skills;
Experience in experimentation platforms;
Experience in data warehouses such as Redshift, Big Query and data visualization tools such as Tableau;
Experience in A/B testing/Experimentation design and execution;
Statistical background;
Product knowledge and key metrics;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide and implement solutions.
