responsibilities :
Support in managing international IT projects
Lead project planning sessions
Co-supervise and coordinate project teams
Manage project progress and adapt work as required
Schedule and prioritise tasks in projects
Ensure projects meet deadlines
Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
Create detailed reports for stakeholders
Conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date
Be responsible for delivering quality solutions on time, according to budget and customer expectations.

requirements-expected :
Studies related to management/software development engineering
Previous experience in project management is a must-have
Polish native
English min. C1
Good understanding of IT industry
Ability to work under time pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Relationship building skills
Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to work from the office for 6 months
