We are seeking  Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to build strong partnerships with micro and mid-tier influencers who align with the essence of the Displate brand. This role involves managing influencer relationships, tracking campaign performance, optimizing strategies for ROI, and generating high-quality UGC in collaboration with the Brand Communications team.

What will you do?
Identify and onboard nano (up to 10K followers) and micro (up to 100K followers) influencers whose values align with our brand.
Maintain a robust network of influencer relationships and continually scout for potential partners.
Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Ensure influencer profile setups and campaign details on platforms like Displate.com are accurate.
Manage financial documentation, including invoices, payment requests, and certifications, for assigned partners.
Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that resonates with their audience while effectively communicating the brand’s message.
Oversee content approval processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements for influencer and UGC usage.
Manage monthly campaign budgets to achieve targeted revenue and ROI.
Drive performance to meet quarterly revenue and ROI goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and cultural nuances to refine influencer strategies.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports on monthly and quarterly campaign outcomes.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A deep understanding of social media trends and influencer ecosystems.
