Role Description Twisto is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Intern who will join the Polish team . The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing team in enhancing the brand’s digital presence through creative content , campaign management , and customer relationship initiatives .
Main responsibilities : Assist in creative planning , generating ideas and creating videos and content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) , in collaboration with the graphic design team .
Assisting in the management of external communications (e.g., newsletters, social media communications) .
Monitoring social media performance , offering insights and suggestions for optimization .
Support in campaign management , including copywriting .
What we offer : 6-month paid internship .
Flexible schedule ⏰.
Cooperation with an international marketing team (opportunity to learn how the BNPL market works on other European markets and the Middle East and exchange experiences).
Supervision by an experienced marketing specialist ‍.
The opportunity to get to know the growing BNPL industry and the latest trends in social media .
The opportunity to take an active part in the marketing activities, implement own ideas , and participate in team activities.
A well-located office in Warsaw (Smolna 40) or the possibility of hybrid work .
Job requirements : At least 2nd-year student or university graduate (preferred fields of study: marketing, business management, or a related field) .
Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .
Familiarity with new AI tools : ChatGPT, MidJourney.
Basic understanding of marketing and social media strategies .
Practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace .
Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) .
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) but with a flexible schedule ⏰.
Creativity and content development skills for social media platforms ✨.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills .
Ability to create videos for social media, with the support of CapCut or other tools .
Previous internship or project experience in marketing, social media, or CRM is an asset .
