How you will get the job done owning onboarding and offboarding process for internal employees, including overseeing the correctness of the process in other units of the company coordinating updates and creation of policies, guidelines, and work instructions to ensure compliance with internal procedures, as well as with legal regulations in the HR area monitoring of Labour Law and other internal and external Regulations monitoring of HR Regulations/Norms in terms of maintaining required control points supporting HR Teams during audits supporting HR Administration Team in day-to-day duties Skills and experience you will need fluency in English (B2) 3 years of proven experience in HR Administration or related role knowledge of HR processes and procedures familiar with SharePoint, MS Office (particularly Excel) understanding of regulations, policies, compliance analytical approach to processes independence in project and process management attention to detail and good communication skills Why work with us?
