Group Transformation whilst sitting in Finance has responsibility for leading the Group’s transformation activities globally and for the successful delivery of key Strategic Programmes. Group Transformation sits as part of the wider Cost Investment Transformation function. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Governance and Framework in overseeing and driving the safe and sustainable delivery of change and transformation within HSBC.

Exceptional drive, commitment and focus in executing a change agenda.
Outstanding leadership skills demonstrating ability to initiate and effect change through people in a large matrix organisation.
Continuous improvement and change management experience preferred; a strong understand of risk management essential as well as relevant business experience in large, complex, global organisations.
Execution oriented: proactive escalation of issues while maintaining solution orientation and an ability to navigate through the HSBC matrix to be able to achieve desired results.
Strong communication skills, particularly capabilities for written communication to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at one time.
Influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills in a complex global environment.
Project and time management skills. Strategic thinker and pragmatic implementer able to develop efficient methods of bringing about change.

,[Responsible for maintaining the content and embedding the HSBC Change Framework, that sets the standard on how change should be delivered across the waterfall and agile methodologies. , Work with stakeholders to shape change delivery and portfolio management minimum standards and best practice methods, developing clear and concise digital content that provides an excellent user experience. , Standard SME for the following Change framework standards: (Non-Financial Risk and Conduct Impact Assessment), 13 (Risk, Issue and Dependency Management) and 15 (Transition to BAU)., Change adoption: understanding the ‘bigger picture’ in terms of how changes to our ways of working impact our control environment., Design, implement and enhance the Change Execution Risk RTCL control monitoring, including the roll out of automated Key Control Indicators (KCIs), the thematic review of control performance across all GB / GF / Regional change portfolios, and the ongoing maintenance of the central control monitoring guidance and existing automated KCIs. , Effective oversight of Change Execution Risk issue identification, management and remediation across the 3LODs, leading the ongoing central thematic review of all issues under Change Execution Risk, highlighting areas for remediation by the portfolios, as well as coordinating any areas for central remediation (e.g. training, tooling, updates to the Change Framework and / or control monitoring, etc). , Thematic review of delivery and portfolio level Lessons Learned and combining this with the thematic reviews of control performance and Change Execution Risk issues to present a holistic view of additional areas of remediation by portfolios, and to coordinate any central areas for remediation (e.g. training, tooling, updates to the Change Framework and / or control monitoring, etc). , Monthly reporting of all risks, controls and issues owned across the Cost Investment Transformation team.
