about-project :
The primary role of the Program & Project Support Office (PMO) Generalist is to apply effective PMO control to support successful project delivery. The PMO Generalist serves as an expert and a lead regarding multiple PMO services such as: document management, finance management, quality and change management, resource and risk management, etc. The PMO Generalist will apply PMO service alongside a consistent set of Project Management methods and processes according to multiple methodologies (for example Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMO Generalist may build and manage small PMO team, set up Program/Portfolio Office or create required PMO services from scratch.
responsibilities :
Setting up and leading the PMO on Program or Portfolio level,
Collecting and understanding client requirements and objectives, translating them into clear project deliverables,
Ownership and maintenance of project plans, budget, schedules, resource allocation plan, processes, documentation, etc.,
Supporting the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, implementing appropriate actions,
Day-to-day support across all PMO services aligned to the current assignment or business area,
Identifying good practices and lessons learned,
Providing advice and guidance regards all aspects of the PMO service to the project/ program or portfolio team and peer level contacts within the customer organization if needed,
Managing the resolution of any potential problems within any of the PMO services escalating issues as required to the appropriate stakeholders,
Preparing and/or coordinating reporting on program or portfolio level.
requirements-expected :
English C1 level,
Strong PM/PMO knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in the area of project management,
Knowledge and experience in setting up a PMO on a Program or Portfolio level and/or implementing PMO services such as finance/quality/change/resource/risk management, etc.
Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills,
Maintaining effective internal/external stakeholder management,
Ability to liaise with stakeholders within Fujitsu and Customer,
Act as PMO specialist and a mentor who is able to conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions with other Team members,
MS Office and Sharepoint experience,
Ability to work well as part of the Team and as an individual,
Ability to quickly adjust to changes and learn new tools/skills,
Ability and willingness for travels or temporary on-site work abroad.
