We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester. As we continue to grow dynamically, we seek professionals to support our team in this critical role.

Responsibilities: testing application according to the predetermined criteria
developing detailed test plans and scenarios based on requirement specifications
identifying, analyzing, and reporting bugs
participating in daily meetings
logging bugs in bug-tracking systems
analyzing test outcomes and reporting them to the development team
working closely with developers, analysts, and other team members to clarify requirements and improve product quality
preparing and ensuring documentation is aligned with current standards and procedures
taking the lead in organizational initiatives and providing technical suggestions
guiding new junior testers as they acclimate to the tester role

We invite you to apply if you have: approximately 5 years of experience in testing
good understanding of the software development process
excellent time and self-management skills for planning and prioritizing tasks to effectively utilize time and meet deadlines
experience in adeptly managing and assisting other testers, including delegating tasks and arranging workflow
customer-focused attitude with an understanding of the business process
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
good communication skills
experience in mentoring junior employees
strong command of English (min. B2), both written and spoken
the capability to work effectively with team members located in different places and time zones
certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are a plus
