Ważna jest dla nas wiedza techniczna z zakresu Data Engineering'u, jak i kompetencje miękkie. Rola ta związana jest z aktywnym doradzaniem i skutecznym odpowiadaniem na unikalne potrzeby klientów, bez późniejszej pracy developerskiej. Jeśli więc jesteś osobą z backgroundem technicznym (z obszaru Data) i chcesz być bliżej biznesu, to stanowisko Data Solutions Consultant może Cię zainteresować.

Praca na tym stanowisku w naszej firmie oznacza:
wspieranie działań sprzedażowych firmy, poprzez consulting i prezentowanie możliwości technologicznych firmy w bezpośrednim kontakcie z klientem,
doradzanie klientowi w doborze rozwiązań z zakresu Data Engineering,
budowanie relacji i definiowanie strategii rozwiązania w projektach dla kluczowych klientów Data Solutions,
budowanie wizerunku eksperckości linii biznesowej w branży data poprzez udzielanie się na forum poza firmą (np. występowanie na konferencjach branżowych i prezentowanie wiedzy oraz doświadczenia pod marką Data Solutions),
utrzymywanie relacji partnerskich z organizacjami z zewnątrz w celu realizacji rozwoju usług Data Solutions,
wytyczanie strategii rozwoju usługi przetwarzania danych w ramach linii biznesowej Data Solutions biorąc pod uwagę najnowsze trendy technologiczne i spektrum potrzeb w projektach klientów,
współtworzenie wizji i strategii linii Data Solutions we współpracy z szefem linii biznesowej i innymi członkami zespołu,
identyfikowanie zagrożeń i szans (technicznych i biznesowych) oraz ich skuteczne eskalowanie u klienta,
kompleksowe zarządzanie i nadzorowanie całości prac analityczno-projektowych z zakresu Data Engineering,
prowadzenie działań rozwojowych mających na celu podniesienie kompetencji członków zespołu Data Solutions w celu realizowania strategii linii biznesowej,
tworzenie i dbanie o społeczność inżynierów w obszarze data, stymulowanie wymiany wiedzy, zarówno wewnątrz linii biznesowej, jak i całej organizacji.

Szukamy Ciebie, jeśli:
masz min.7 lat   doświadczenia w IT, w tym min. 5 lat   w obszarze projektowania rozwiązań Big/Cloud Data .
masz doświadczenie w bezpośredniej pracy z klientem ,
posługujesz się językiem  angielskim na poziomie zaawansowanym, min. C1 ,
jesteś otwarty na podróże służbowe,
cechuje Cię myślenie strategiczne,
potrafisz komunikować elementy dotyczące strategii rozwoju linii  biznesowej  na poziomie odpowiednim do odbiorców o różnym stopniu zrozumienia poruszanej tematyki,
odnajdujesz się w prowadzeniu prezentacji i prelekcji podczas wydarzeń branżowych, z łatwością nawiązujesz relacje,
znasz SQL na poziomie zaawansowanym,
umiesz projektować pełne rozwiązanie techniczne wraz z wyszczególnieniem alternatyw na poszczególnych etapach oraz znasz zalety i ograniczenia ich zastosowania ,
znasz narzędzia do przetwarzania i analizy średnich/dużych zbiorów danych (np. Apache, Spark, Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks),
umiesz szacować koszty infrastruktury chmurowej wraz z ROI (Return on investment) oraz TCO (Total cost of ownership) ,
posiadasz wiedzę z zakresu migracji rozwiązań on-premise do chmury oraz podstawowych typów migracji,
wiesz, jak stosować mechanizmy związane z bezpiecznym przechowywaniem i przetwarzaniem danych, oferowanych przez jednego lub kilku dostawców chmury (preferowany Azure),
posiadasz szeroką wiedzę i doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu systemów przetwarzających dane, oparte o  chmurę obliczeniową,
wiesz, jak budować rozwiązania do analizy danych w trybie „near to real time”
znasz architektury Lambda i Kappa oraz posiadasz wiedzę, jak zbudować rozwiązanie oparte o te architektury,
znasz koncepcje Delta Lake oraz Data Lakehouse .
