What would you do as our UX Designer
As our next UX Designer, you will join our growing ALCEA Team in Krakow, collaborating with several different software products and teams located in Krakow, France and Finland, as well as Product Management and other stakeholders.
ALCEA protects critical infrastructure such as energy, water, telecom, transportation, mining, oil and gas globally with total security solutions.
You will be supporting the teams to design user friendly, simple and efficient security solutions that ensure the best user experience to our end users across the globe. You will also be maintaining and developing a design system according to our brand guidelines. Within this role, you will also get to mentor the teams with best UX practices and methodologies

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has demonstrated hands-on professional experience as an UX/UI professional with an existing portfolio
Is experienced with modern design tools such as Adobe tools, Miro, Figma
Has experience in working with Agile principles and teams, and continuous improvement mindset
Is fluent in English

Experience in programming is seen as an advantage. If you are someone who is curious and eager to learn, develop value to customers as well as deliver great customer experience, we may be looking for you.
