about-project :
The team analyses the end to end process for DevSecOps delivery – including operational processes like patching, code scanning, and vulnerability management. Opportunities are then identified to streamline these processes and technologies – which could be owned by a large number of different teams across the bank. The main aim of this role is to coordinate the delivery of any optimisation solutions across the bank.

responsibilities :
Engage with SME’s to ensure deliverables are well defined, including the definition of “done”
Ensure key resources, stakeholders and RACI for each deliverable are defined and engage with resources to ensure understanding and commitment.
Create delivery plans and roadmaps
Manage delivery of multiple technical process or service improvements, ensuring that the critical path of activities is identified and managed, escalating where necessary
Build good relationships with managers and key resources across many different technology teams
Report on progress – using standard templates
Track adoption of new/improved processes and report on key metrics – e.g. total toil saved

requirements-expected :
Excellent communication and engagement skills, building relationships and managing delivery across all the different teams required. Many of these teams do not work for us directly, so excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required.
Good delivery management skills – able to support clear definition of deliverables, value/benefits and acceptance criteria, as well as understand critical path and create roadmaps and drive delivery.
Good understanding of the key technologies involved. Operating Systems (Windows/Linux); CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github, Nexus; Cyber code scanning tools such as Aquasec, Checkmarx, DAST, MAST and Sonarcube for Open Source. –
Good understanding of the end to end software delivery process and lifecycle (SDLC)
