WordPress Developer
Form of employment:  Full-time employment contract or B2B contract
Hybrid working:  3 days from the office, 2 days from home or remote (for B2B)
Office location:  Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement new website pages and ensure all pages are fully responsive and provide a seamless experience across all devices.
Develop and optimize website front-end, including performance and load times testing (caching, image optimization, minimizing code, etc) and monitoring using tools like Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights.
Update Existing Pages: Regularly update and maintain current website pages, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or bugs on the website.
Develop new features and functionalities as required.
Software Updates: Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins up-to-date for security and functionality
Provide technical support to internal users and resolve any website-related issues.
Conduct training sessions for team members on how to use WordPress effectively.
Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in WordPress development.
Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Understanding of web hosting and domain management.
Knowledge of website optimization techniques.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Ability to use analytics tools to track and report on website performance such as GA4.
Knowledge of web hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
