RF Design Engineer Miejsce pracy: Rokitki (pow. legnicki) Your responsibilities Contribute significantly to the design, development, and qualification of next-generation Molex CES products for enterprise cabling systems
Develop novel Ethernet architecture connectors operating from DC to 3GHz using advanced modeling and design techniques
Utilize electromagnetic simulation software to model, simulate and evaluate design concepts for Ethernet Cat6a (10GbE) through Cat8 (40GbE) connectors
Conduct signal integrity simulations to ensure compliance with all relevant electrical requirements
Analyze variable inputs and optimize design models using Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies to achieve superior electrical performance
Make data-driven decisions to enhance product functionality and identify areas for improvement
Serve as authority on RF and 3D electromagnetic simulation within the cross-functional engineering team
Our requirements A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF electrical circuits fundamentals with proven experience in RF engineering and circuit design
Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation software (preferably Ansys HFSS) is a must
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and measurement data, identify errors, and provide systematic improvements through simulation parameters and circuit model iterations
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional team environment
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of design simulations and analysis
Hands-on experience with VNA equipment and other relevant RF testing tools
Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate with individuals globally

Familiarity with TIA/ISO Ethernet standards and protocols
Knowledge of mechanical design principles and their impact on RF performance
