♦ Gain experience in the area of your studies and/or interest by joining one of our teams and learning from experts in the field.
♦ Learn about our paper business while working in an office environment in a global corporation.
♦ Learn or improve your skills with popular programs like MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
♦ Boost your English by using it every day to cooperate with multinational teams from 3 continents.
♦ If you join our ORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT team – you will:
- support Sylvamo IT communication and creation of official templates for IT instructions;
- support the Agile Academy Program – an initiative aimed at educating our organization on what it really means to be agile, what tools and methodologies we have at our disposal, and how to lead agile projects;
- learn how Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban methodologies are applied to real-life projects;
- learn about and use SharePoint, ServiceNow and Azure.
♦ If you join our GLOBAL SOLUTION DELIVERY team – you will:
- participate in the process of applications review (by contacting the app’s owner, verifying the application information and updating it if needed);
- participate in project review process design to introduce a sustainable method of tracking open projects in ServiceNow;
- learn from our Project Managers about the Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their application to real-life projects in a global corporation;
- prepare data analysis and presentations (using MS Excel and PowerPoint), including support with data collection for IT budgets.
♦ If you join our IT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT team – you will:
- investigate and analyze trends in Microsoft programming and Azure cloud services, as well as track new features, tools, and technologies related to .Net and Azure;
- support the migration of legacy .Net applications from virtual machines to Azure App Service, maximizing the benefits of cloud-native architecture;
- support our developers’ work in MS Visual Studio, Git and C# programming, including testing and preparing reports on new features and tools;
- handle frontend and database development tasks, utilizing your skills and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL, PL/SQL.
♦ If you join our ENTERPRISE APPLICATION SERVICES team – you will:
- explore cutting-edge software solutions and potential alternatives to elevate Sylvamo’s technological landscape;
- map tailored data pathways for optimized application support across our manufacturing facilities;
- track and document software support information;
- utilize your skills and knowledge of Internet Information Services configuration and management, as well as MS SharePoint, MS SQL, Power BI and ITIL.
♦ If you join our CYBER SECURITY OPERATIONS team – you will:
- deepen your understanding of the general Cyber security services portfolio, including Cloud Security projects;
- develop your skills and knowledge of key Cyber security principles and concepts, as well as practice in GRC, Security Architecture and Engineering, and IAM/PAM space;
- support the Security Incident Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering;
- support Vulnerability Management service including vulnerability scanning, assessment, and preparation of reports to remediate discovered vulnerabilities.

Fluency in English.

You are good with computers and knowledgeable about technologies / IT concepts required for the internship you’re applying to.

You are a proactive and adaptable communicator.
Eagerness to work in a team, from our office (with hybrid work possibility after onboarding).

We offer a full-time paid internship during vacations (July-September) in our office in Kraków, with some hybrid work possibility.
Apart from learning your daily duties and supporting the team, you will have a chance to take part in soft- and technical- skills training lead by our Subject Matter Experts, as well as participate in events to get to know Sylvamo.
