Expected, Quality Management
Your responsibilities, Consultation and Collaboration for Improvement: Collaborate closely with the Board of Management to enhance quality management practices within Bosch Digital, acting as a Quality Management Consultant., Strategic Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and identify opportunities for organizational growth, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards., Innovative Project Leadership: take the lead in initiating, coordinating, and providing technical support for internal continuous improvement projects, fostering a culture of creativity and autonomy., Quality Initiatives and Personal Assignments: Assume responsibility and accountability for developing innovative quality concepts and coordinating their implementation across various business areas. Optimize the integration of quality, processes, and tools to enhance customer orientation and satisfaction., Establishing a Robust Quality Management System: Play a pivotal role in establishing and advancing a robust quality management system within the Bosch IT business unit., Facilitating Quality Workshops: Take charge of coordinating and moderating various quality workshops, driving employee engagement and cultivating a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Completed studies with a focus on information technology/engineering (computer science, software engineering or similar)., Experience and expertise: 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably in different business areas. Experience in IT and SW Development within a productive environment will be considered as valuable assets. Certifications in Quality and Audit Management would be seen as additional advantage., Working method: agile, structured, analytical, and independent approach to work., Certifications in Quality Management and Audit would be considered as additional assets, Personality: flexibility, the ability to work effectively in an international team, resilience, self-motivation, a confident appearance, intercultural openness, and strong communication skills, including presentation, moderation, and negotiation abilities., Enthusiasm: passionate about quality, think outside the box, and strive to delight customers with innovative and business-oriented approaches. Thriving in a dynamic, innovative, and cross-divisional environment., Languages: fluent written and spoken English, and knowledge of the German language would be desirable.
