As an IAM Tech Developer, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution undergoing a transformation of its Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This strategic initiative, targeted for completion in 2026, aims to enhance security, resilience, and automation across the organization. You will join a dynamic engineering team, contributing to the automation and customization of the chosen PAM COTS solution. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies in a highly regulated, global environment to ensure seamless integration and operation of the PAM platform.

responsibilities :
Automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment
Creating and managing PowerShell scripts
Managing code repositories within GitHub
Building automation tasks to be deployed using Ansible
Writing APIs to obtain or send parameters to and from target systems
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth integration
Contributing to the overall security and resilience of the PAM platform
Ensuring accountability for deliverables and meeting project schedules
Being a positive team player within a large program

Proven experience automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment
Strong skills in Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub, and REST
Extensive Windows operating system experience and troubleshooting skills
Experience in developing with at least one scripting language
Ability to work unsupervised and strong communication skills
Experience working in a highly regulated global environment
Proven track record of delivering to schedule
Strong team collaboration skills
