Duration: short-term project
Remote work: mostly remote, 1 day per week in the office
responsibilities :
To create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets and milestones, allocating resources;
To delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them;
To identify and manage potential risks;
To assist in the definition of project scope and goals;
To communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals;
To motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time;
To keep the team organized, on track, and focused on what matters;
To serve as a bridge between product management and development;
To clear obstacles and protect the team from distractions;
To lead through influence and credibility;
To organize scrum events as necessary.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum);
Previous experience in data migration and integration projects;
Experience in working in an international organization with multiple stakeholders;
Strong communication and people skills;
Proven leadership skills;
Cost and risk management skills;
Strong spoken and written English.
