We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to join our team and spearhead our Salesforce initiatives in the EMEIA region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our manufacturing business.

responsibilities :
Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in Salesforce CRM solutions, aligning them with the business objectives and driving growth in the EMEA market.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and company standards. Development and lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems.
Mentor and guide the team of fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal functionality across the organization.
Establish and enforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards within the Salesforce environment, in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
Stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

requirements-expected :
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder.
In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, business processes, and manufacturing industry practices.
Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a track record of successful project implementations.
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
