Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s Degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Computers or Biomedical Engineering is nice to have).
Relevant experience in servicing and troubleshooting medical devices, electronic, and electro-mechanical devices.
Knowledge of basic security concepts and best practices.
Recent service experience in the troubleshooting and repair of IT and complex electronic systems preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, PC/software, LIS, networking, and database management is highly desired.
Effective communication and customer service skills, including technical writing and the ability to manage complex technical conversations via telephone.
English & Dutch language proficiency is required.
