They deliver scalable technology solutions and establish an industry-leading business automation framework. The team operates globally, implementing and managing change across key markets using advanced technologies.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our client’s team in Krakow. This role requires a strong understanding of global product development and the ability to tackle complex technical and commercial challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing cutting-edge technical products, have a background in agile development, and embrace a DevOps culture.

responsibilities :
Independently deliver projects, applications, and automated workflows using Power Platform tools.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design software solutions, and report progress.
Lead and implement best practices for Power Platform projects; stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Conduct feasibility assessments and develop proof of concepts.
Perform code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
Support DevOps setup and environment maintenance (CI/CD Pipelines, Environment Administration, etc.).
Document technical specifications and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.
requirements-expected :
Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (min. 3 years preferred).
Proficiency in designing and implementing data models and visualizations in Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for building Power BI reports.
Experience with DevOps practices and setup, including CI/CD Pipelines.
Experience in designing application UI/UX, with a focus on canvas applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform (preferred).
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry (a plus).
Skills in DAX and M Languages (a plus).
Knowledge of Jira (a plus).
Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate and/or Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Azure DevOps Engineer (preferred).
