Your responsibilities Monitoring system performance and analyzing data trends using Nexthink or similar tools.
Implementing security best practices to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Integrating Nexthink with other IT systems and tools, collaborating with other IT teams.
Developing and implementing automated workflows using PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
Streamlining repetitive tasks to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability through automation.
Leading efforts in identifying, evaluating, and implementing automation opportunities within the organization.
Documenting configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions comprehensively.
Administering Windows Server and/or desktop operating systems effectively.
Managing databases and analyzing data using strong SQL skills.
Designing and architecting solutions to address organizational needs.
Solving problems and troubleshooting issues efficiently as they arise.
Communicating and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Staying updated with emerging technologies and continuously learning to adapt to them.
Our requirements Proficiency in the Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace Analytics, Nexthink Cloud, and related components.
Strong adherence to security best practices in Nexthink administration to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
Experience in integrating Nexthink with other IT systems and tools.
Excellent documentation skills for recording configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Proficiency in administering Windows Server and/or desktop operating systems.
Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability in solution designing and architecting.
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies.
