Poszukujemy doświadczonego Product Designera, który/a będzie odpowiedzialny/a za projektowanie i rozwój produktów mediowych oraz design systemu dla naszych cyfrowych mediów z portfolio RASP - budując jeden system dla wszystkich serwisów Onet, a także Fakt, Newsweek, Forbes czy Business Insider.

responsibilities :
Współpraca z Product Ownerem / Product Managerem nad tworzeniem i definiowaniem założeń projektowych
Bliska współpraca ze stakeholderami i zespołami developerskimi przy przygotowaniu koncepcji oraz wdrożeniu produktu
Dzielenie się wiedzą z zakresu użyteczności i projektowania produktu
Projektowanie na różnym poziomie szczegółowości: koncepcje, szkice, user flow, makiety / prototypy, user stories oparte o design system
Współpraca przy projektach związanych z badaniami użyteczności
Opracowywanie projektów interakcji oraz dokumentacji projektowej na potrzeby developmentu

requirements-expected :
Posiadasz min. 2 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w projektowaniu i rozwijaniu produktów, które potwierdzi Twoje portfolio zrealizowanych projektów
Znajomość metodologii i procesów projektowych
Potrafisz komunikować się w sposób zrozumiały - potrafisz przekonać do swoich projektów zarówno osoby odpowiedzialne za rozwój biznesu, oraz zespoły developerskie pracujące z Tobą przy produkcie
Jesteś otwarty na cross-obszarową współpracę, lubisz pracę w grupie oraz potrafisz przyjmować i dawać innym feedback
Potrafisz wziąć odpowiedzialność za swoje projekty od koncepcji po wdrożenie na rynek
Śledzisz trendy na rynku i potrafisz na ich podstawie przedstawić wnioski i rekomendacje
Pracujesz na co dzień w Figmie i biegle posługujesz się narzędziem
Masz wiedzę na temat badań (benchmark rynku, testowanie użyteczności)
Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie komunikatywnym (B1/B2)
