ServiceNow Pre-Sales Manager Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
Design high-quality ServiceNow solutions and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with customers to identify their challenges and needs to propose adaptable solutions.
Produce detailed technical documentation and specifications based on customer requirements.
Study all new product releases and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
Develop a strong relationship with key client stakeholders and establish a strategic partnership.
Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to achieve sales goals.
Provide technical input into the sales cycle including solutioning, estimating, creating and presenting client proposals. This will include opportunities in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and CSM.
Our requirements Significant years of pre-sales, consulting, or business analysis experience including responses to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations; ServiceNow experience is a major plus.
Proven technical acumen and experience demonstrating technology solutions.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its core constructs, modules, and possibilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to​ travel to client meetings, team meetings, and conferences as required.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the skill to work well under pressure.
Motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow certifications are seen as a significant asset.
